Not a survey
Lot lines come from county GIS records and are approximate. They are not a substitute for a professional land survey. If exact boundary placement matters — and near a property line it usually does — hire a licensed surveyor.
Not legal or code advice
Ordinance summaries, height limits, and fees shown here are informational and can be outdated or incomplete. Always confirm requirements with your city's building department before you apply or build.
No warranty
The tool and everything it produces are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the accuracy of any application you submit and for anything you build.
Fair use
Use the tool for planning real fence projects. Don't scrape, overload, or resell it.
